I'm from Australia and even though we have some amazing local bands, and a decent rotation of international, I'm still jealous when i see an amazing lineup, or bands, that I'll never get to see live. Last year myself and 3 mates flew to America for TIHC 2016, and I was not disappointed, although we made a decent trip of it, LA/LV/NY/Philly, TIHC was the reason we flew over, looking forward to doing it again in a few years. So at the moment I'm pretty devastated I'll never see KWD live, that'll be worth a trip back to the states, but never enough $$$

I'm from Finland and the situation here is pretty similar to yours. We got some decent bands and occasional visits from some nice bands but for great lineups you have to travel. I've only been to Europe but I have pretty much covered it. I have seen bands in Japan and U.S. also but can't say I traveled because of them.

I travelled to Amsterdam with my sister to see Into It. Over It., Modern Baseball and Tiny Moving Parts in 2015. I'm from Munich, so it was like an 8 or 9 hour long drive. Worth it tho, also got to see a lot of the city and I desperately wish to go back asap.

From Germany and I guess the furthest I've traveled for bands is Belgium.

I live in Toronto, and the farthest I've gone is Montreal to go to Heavy MTL a few years ago, when they stopped doing Heavy TO. I've thought about going to Buffalo a couple times for some tours that weren't coming to Canada, but never ended up actually doing it.

When I was 21 I drove with a friend from Saskatoon, SK, Canada to San Fransisco to see Deftones & Glassjaw (White Pony Tour) and that was by far the longest i've ever driven to see any band.

But the show was good including beating 2 motorcycle gangs for the venue.

I'm from Belgium and I only once made a two hour drive to see a certain show. Never did that again, because I'm a lazy bum. Went to a couple of small festivals in The Netherlands, but that's it.

About 350 miles from Atlanta to Jacksonville. My little sister's favorite band in the world is Oh Sleeper and they were playing a show in Jacksonville this last February. I signed her out of her high school at noon and we drove down about 5h. It was a fun show and she loved the surprise, but the drive back fucking killed me. 5h behind the wheel from 11:00PM-4:00AM after a show was not a good time.
