By the way, i now see eight official registered teams in the league on our page games.espn.com/ffl/leagueoffice?leagueId=805275&seasonId=2018So it's time to get a draft day and time. Please let me know what DOESN'T work for you. If i don't get a lot of restrictions or complaints, i'm going to pick a weekday evening probably a week from now. Perhaps next Wednesday or Thursday. I'm down for weekends of course but it's a very vacation-heavy time of year so i don't want to miss anyone.

Oh, ideas on rosters? I'm totally up for two QBs, there are enough in the league that we can all get two good ones.

I’m fine with any night after 8, gotta get my son to sleep.
Two QBs is fun. I vote for not overly complicated but let’s see what everyone else says.

draft day and time, whatever is fine with me, if ESPN's fantasy football is the same as, say, Yahoo's fantasy, I can build a list of draft preferences and allow it to draft for me if I'm physically unable to participate.

Yes, you can set up a lot of things, the ESPN draft is excellent and my favorite site for planning the draft, and during it you can do all sorts of searches and queues.
I like Thursday nights (are people here in the East Coast?) and i'm certainly good for a late evening time. Like 8:30 or 9pm?
Right now I have the rosters set at 18: 2QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 3FLEX, 1DEF, 1K, 6 on the bench and 1 IR spot (remember as of a couple years ago players can go on IR and come back in 8 weeks, so you might actually use it for a great player).

I've set an alarm for Thursday evening - do we wanna get in a Discord or Skype call to talk shit while we draft or is this a silent and serious business?

Ha, there's a fine chat window in the draft page, we can talk plenty of proverbial smack there.

Alright, so the league is more or less standard scoring? Nothing different like PPR and such? Also, two QBs is better for sure.

Alright, so the league is more or less standard scoring? Nothing different like PPR and such? Also, two QBs is better for sure. No it is PPR. And a few other tweaks i made.
I guess i'll outline them here to make them clear:
I put bonus points for 40+ and 50+ TD runs, receptions, and throws. I added 0.1 point for every kickoff and punt return yard (we have big rosters so it's possible you might find a good return specialist, with the updated league rules i actually think there will be more returns now that players can't get running starts, etc.) I tweaked some of the field goal points to make good kickers worthwhile, and made misses negative values (more negative for shorter misses). I also edited some defensive stats to make a good defense important, i.e. more points for less yards/points allowed and negative for lots of yards/points allowed, and also added a point or two for things like forced fumbles and passes defended.
And yes the rosters are what i listed before: 2QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 3FLEX, 1DEF, 1K, 6 on the bench, and 1 IR spot.
See you at the draft at 9pm EDT Thursday!
