 This was a glorified romance film in space. The plot was interesting enough to carry the whole film but instead they waste it on the characters. The visuals are nice tho' |

 Still my favorite anime film. It misses a lot from the manga, but the fact they condensed a good amount of it all into almost an hour and a half is really great. |

Just watched the movie Life with Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds last week. It was alright, a bit predictable, but I think the badass ending sealed the deal for me.

I just felt like the plot was there as a backdrop when it should've been the main attraction so to say. |

 Watched this last night about hazing rituals in college - shit is crazy yo. Does this really go on? If it does I don't get why. Also really cool seeing an all black cast in a film - rarely ever happens unless Spike Lee directed it. 4/5 |
