Jesus Christ I thought last weeks episode was great but this one was a masterpiece. Every time he kills himself I know I'm in for one of the best hours of television I'll see in a while. Yeah it was a beautiful twist on the last assassin ep they made in s2. Also really liked the callback to the start of the season with them sitting on the roof waiting for the world to end....and then it didn't. Really curious to see how this show ends next week. Really going to miss it as well. It's unlike anything else you see on TV.

I'm curious how the whole departure thing is gonna tie in though. I'm stoked to say the least.

I know there's a lot of religious subtext going on with regards to the plot in this show but a lot of it goes over my head. I assume you mean Mary as in the mother of Jesus?
There's a few theories bandied around that Kevin is Jesus and his Dad is the Devil. Not sure how much I buy into those though. Kevin as Jesus sounds a bit more realistic given that he's been resurrected and has potentially 'saved' the world.

So this weird and wonderful show finally gets its final 8 (?) episode run. Anyone been watching this? The first ep was a joy. The ending was so 'Lost' it hurt. I loved Seasons 1&2, but I don't have HBO now I'm so pissed.

Anyone enjoy the finale? I think it's going to piss off a lot of people who wanted answers. Personally, I'm happier without them. Just nice seeing a couple of things cleared up about Nora without needing to explain why it all happened. The love story has been first and foremost for a long time so it's nice to see such a romantic ep of TV.

Especially if you think of episode 8 as an epilogue, and episode 7 as the finale. I never really expected answers as far as all of the supernatural stuff that went on, because knowing Damon Lindelof and LOST, I wasn't going to get them. I think the most surprising part of that last episode was that Lori was still alive.

Assuming that Nora's story was true, how long was she in the 2% world for??
How much time had passed between ep 7 and ep 8?

How much time had passed between ep 7 and ep 8? I definitely think she was telling the truth, because early on in the episode she kept stressing "I DONT LIE" to the physicists. As far as the time goes, It seems like a long time from her account, but I honestly have no idea, could be years, could be decades. I guess its just another thing left up to the viewers interpretation.

You take away 98% away and the remaining are just happy to be alive. This is great.
