Final season and (in particular) the finale of Dexter. Fucking travesty. That show was great for the first 4 seasons, then it just shat over all of that for 4 more seasons.
Heroes (post season 1) is another joke of a TV show.

Oh yeah, the older seasons definitely had some merit. The older seasons were better because they were single awkward guys doing stupid shit. Now they all have girlfriends and it's all about relationships. 100% agreed. The awkwardness made the show funny. Now's become the Sheldon show and I find his character really annoying lately.

Heroes (post season 1) is another joke of a TV show. I never delved deep into Dexter. I heard good things and only caught S1 and a few episodes of S2. I did enjoy the small dose I got from watching it. It's a pity that the show lost the plot then... I also never got into Heroes... I tried, but it didn't grab me.

This is a show that I had high expectations for. The premise is a great idea and it started strong. It just lost steam and all the characters have become annoying to me.

Final seasons of Boardwalk Empire and Penny Dreadful are pretty terrible and not worth watching. Both shows are good overall (BE more so than PD), but their final seasons were tacked on and threw most of what they had built up out the window.

I've not caught those shows either. My bro was a big fan of both of them. Boardwalk was on my list of things to watch. I need to get round to it. It's such a pity though that some shows seem to tank when reaching a conclusion.

I wouldn't say BE totally tanked in its final season, but it certainly tried something different which wasn't particularly well executed. Fortunately there's enough characters other than Nucky (Steve Buscemi) to take interest in during the final season which isn't too detrimental for the viewing experience.

I thought it was dumb how they had people acting completely out of character just to have them killed off. All of my favorite characters had died before the season was even close to over and I stopped caring because Nucky is kind of a shitlord. Chalky was completely wasted and they never even mentioned Arnold Rothstein (I know he died between S4 and S5, but nobody in the show even brings it up lol). Plus there were too many flashbacks which took up a lot of screentime for a season that was already shorter than the others.

For me it's The Walking Dead, I absolutely loved the first season but it very quickly just started ramping in a direction away from what drew me into it. I understand it has a huge following but it's just not for me.
Also Community I just don't get it, it's like every episode has exactly one really funny moment for me and 21 minutes of cringe.

I liked Chalky's battle with Narcisse mind you. The flashbacks were the major pain point, although they did a fucking good job of casting a young Nucky

Big Bang Theory holy fuck that show is cringe and the humour sucks
Also, 13 Reasons Why. I wasted a good 13 hours of my life watching that series
