Anyone practising here ? I've done boxing, judo and now i'm doing krav-maga. Would like to try something else next year but don't know what. Maybe muay-thai !
What is your favourite ? Your experience on the ring ?

Did BJJ for 3 years, really itching to get back. Sucks because I'm moving away from the Academy I trained at, however I really wanna get into Muay Thai some day as well.

Your experience on the ring ? muay thai is great, so many options for striking going on. i love the elbow and knee striking. clinching is almost a whole different animal on its own. lots of intricate technique that you wouldnt think went into it.

That really is interesting providing that you're coach is good with pedagogy. Don't really think it's useful for a mma fight as it's already a mix of fifferent techniques. It's useless though if you don't have a basis in any other fighting sports

I've always wanted to get into BJJ but I had a knee reconstruction after a torn ACL 3 years ago. I reckon it would go again with all the contorting and stretching your legs and knees do.
What have your experiences been? Have you had many injuries to legs?

I really need to work on my cardio and triangle defense. Guard pass is getting better through.
