definitely not as catchy as neurotic and the vocals in the new track sound lazy and lack variation to me

well after two tracks we know forsure it's the route they are taking, and i don't mind at all. I think both songs have sounded great, but Neurotic is definitely the better of the two.

Meh. First was interesting, second was okay. Listening to this third track makes me feel like I could definitely not go through an entire album of this. Oh well.

Their new interview pisses me off. Them claiming they didn't like playing hardcore. They got tired of it. That kind of attitude pisses me off. I don't know how people change their music taste and stop liking something.

I know not everyone loves bands changing their sound THAT much, but when they've put out a lot under one umbrella, I love to see bands try BIG left turns, ya know. Doesn't hurt that they went down the Shoegaze sorta path and not say... Nu Metal, haha.

Exactly, it's up to them to make what THEY want to hear ultimately, and hope others want to hear it to.

I don't know how people change their music taste and stop liking something. I can understand getting to a point where you want to make something different. I was playing in Hardcore Punk Bands when is was young. Now that I'm a 10-15 years older I like playing different stuff.. more mellow.. I'm currently thinking about joining a melodic hardcore band again, but I can somehow understand not wanting to playing hardcore every night, but wanting to do something more melodic, mellow, etc What I don't get are 2 aspects: 1. why you don't drop this music under a new name. This has not much in common with their older stuff. I would just give it a new name 2. this seems pretty sell out to me, because this is a sound that at least in my social environment very hyped
