Anyone as stoked to check out this new series as I am? This show can do no wrong. S1 was a delight, S2 was even better and now they've only gone and added Ewan McGregor, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Carrie Coon, Michael Stulhbarg, Scoot McNairy, and Shea Whigham to the cast. Fuck.

Watched the first season but for some reason I wasn't feeling in a rush to watch the second. I need to catch up before this season starts.

one of my recent favorites, loved season 1 and season 2 even trumped it with ease.
the cast for the new season sounds awesome, can't wait to binge-watch it

I got about 3 episodes into season two and lost track of it. Loved the first season so I will go back and watch season two before this starts.

I just watched episode 1 of S3 last night. What a great start. Looking forward to seeing how the season unfolds. I'm loving Ewan McGregor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead's characters. Typical clusterfuck opening for another season eh? Liked the events at the end of the episode. All I would say so far is that Ewan McGregor's characters don't have the same presence of the likes of Billy Bob Thornton or Ted Danson/Patrick Wilson, maybe its just because his accent isn't quite as good. |

Yeah, the opening was interesting for sure. The episode was a little bit of a slow burner as opposed to S2's episode 1 though. The latter half really got interesting.
I totally get what you mean. It probably is the accent. His Ray Stussy character has the most depth though. Scoot McNairy's character was also fun to watch.

I thought it looked a little lame from the trailer but the first episode was fantastic. Tied with Better Call Saul for best show on TV right now for me.

Finally finished season two the other day. I guess I'm in the minority thinking season one was better, but season two wasn't too far behind it. Only question I have about season two is what the fuck was the deal with the UFO stuff?
Don't have cable so will have to wait till season three is over to watch it. Excited though.

The UFO stuff is just typical Coen Bros humour I think. Meant to be funny as opposed to something worth reading into. Kinda feels like 10 Cloverfield Lane and thinking that John Goodman was chatting shit the entire time |
