Hoping for more tracks like I Choose Nothing. Fuck they do heavy well. Yeah, I felt the EP's 3 middle tracks were in THAT sort of vein and I really liked it. I enjoy that they can do both heavy and light, but their heavy, fast stuff is my favorite.

Meh. I'll always love STYG but they got pretty boring to me with their latest stuff. I remember finding out about them back in 2006 and even seeing them around that time as well. Solid band with solid shows, and For What It's Worth is still my shit today. They have good lyrics, however for some odd reason I just can't get into them anymore. I wish they could go back to FWIW style, but I know it'll never happen and I guess I don't blame them? you and me both, duder.

Saw them 2 times live. Of the last ep, there is only one song i really like.. The rest isn't doing it for me...
So i'm hoping that this record is awesome!

Found out about these guys when they opened up for The Acacia Strain many years ago when the only had For What It's Worth. They weren't big at all but they still put on an amazing show with crazy pile ups. I don't agree with all their lyrics and stuff but musically they haven't put out anything bad. Great range on every album, at least one super heavy song and one super catchy one. This is more/ Colorblind, Accessory Children/ Enough is Enough, What Goes Around/ Amber, Such Pain/ We Still Believe, I Choose Nothing/ Nobody.

STYG did a good move leaving Sumerian Records. They can explore new sounds with Pure Noise and not the same record four times in a row with some different breakdowns.

Pure Noise are building themselves a nice little label picking up STYG, Terror and First Blood Pure Noise has a balanced roster between hardcore bands and pop-punk bands. I really like that label.

This band died for me when I saw them live. Dude spent over half their set telling everyone that they had to be good to one another or some bullshit and they only played four or five songs. Fuck off, bruh.

Fuck off, bruh. Yeah, Jesse can be pretty preachy, when I saw them he talked between every other song. But it wasn't that bad, I'm sure he's gotten worse about it though. Nobody tops the For Today dude IMO though, it was the only time I ever booed a band. People were less than happy. When I saw STYG it was all "There is nothing more important than what's happening right here right now, this goes out to the bullied girl at school, this is for the boy with his drunk dad passed out on the couch right now!" For Today was all "If you don't believe in HIM leave this venue right now!"
