Anyone here beat Outlast 2 yet? I basically glitched through the first game and I'm hoping the second isn't as much as an abortion. But as I died repeatedly in the first area last night I got terrible flashbacks to the first game and convoluted sci-fi plots Fuck Outlast 2 tbh. I thought the first one was average but at least playable. The sequel is full of forced chase sequences and trial-and-error bullshit. There's no time to explore anything and the game is so committed to not letting you defend yourself that your character can be choked out by emaciated lepers with missing limbs lol. |

Damn dude, I love the Outlast games. First one was outstanding, and the DLC was a great addition imo. Second was pretty good except for the overuse of shock value. Story started to fall apart toward the end with the way you get away from Knoth and that old hag, but everything else was pretty solid I thought. The part where the flash-backs stop being "just walk through" and you can actually die was one of the more intense feelings I've been given by a video game this year. |

I rarely ever have any time to play anything but I went and picked up the new Need For Speed yesterday. Hopefully I will get around to playing it this weekend.

I played the shit out of Battlefront II when I visited home for the holidays. The multiplayer is great until you get owned by a tier 4 card player, FUCK EA.
Squadron mode is so much better, actual meaningful ship battles.
