I briefly talked about D3 in another thread, but I'm enjoying it so damn much. Lately I've fallen out of love with gaming and this is the first time I've played a new (to me) game in years and found so much enjoyment in it. I'm already talking to one of my old WoW buddies about running end game stuff with him later and I'm just really having a blast with it.

Trying to get through my backlog on Steam but I also having one on PS4 and I'm slowly working on that too. I completely devoured RE3MAKE in three days, ending in me getting the platinum like I did with RE2 Remake. As of now though:
Persona 5 Royal (next platinum)
Children of Morta
Metro Exodus (in all its rtx goodness)
Farcry 5 (coop playthrough with my little brother)
I WANT to play newer games but I can't justify buying them now with all the shit I have piling up. Never been a huge FPS multiplayer fan (aside from Overwatch and some occasional Siege with my brother) but Valorant looks dope. I just don't really like Riot Games as a company.

I plugged in my PS4 Pro for the first time in nearly a year! I have too much going on after work to dedicate much time to games, but I have a current habit of playing Pipe while listening to my latest music downloads on my Marshall Kilburn speaker each night. For those of you who don’t now what Pipe is, it’s a fairly realistic BMX simulator game, kinda like EA Skate series. Only this game is more realistic and difficult than Skate. And cumulatively a lesser grand total map with its four small maps. Still a relaxing game for me at the moment being a huge BMX fan.
When Skater XL comes out in July, I’ll be missing in action. I’ll see you all in the winter. Lol

The Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 remake. So good and so addictive. The soundtrack has been getting me back into punk rock again.

Finished up Assassin's Creed Valhalla, now I'm on to Zelda Breath of the Wild. It's my first Zelda game and one of the reasons I bought a Switch. Loving it so far.

Finished up Assassin's Creed Valhalla, now I'm on to Zelda Breath of the Wild. It's my first Zelda game and one of the reasons I bought a Switch. Loving it so far. I do have Breath of the Wild, and although I only logged in about 15 hours or so, I must say it is a very cool experience. One thing that maybe you will be able to help me with after you've gotten some experience in, is whether you can find a greater sense of purpose for those trials that you end up going through over and over with no explanation of their significance. I felt so disengaged by the game after a while because I felt it almost took a Dark Souls approach with regards to story, hardly giving any real storyline content. But my feeling when starting the game, being that it is a massive Action RPG, was that it would be a massively story-based game. I just didn't feel that with the time I put in, and was focused on exploring and fighting with a somewhat aimless feeling often looming over me. Because the aesthetic is cool but not perfectly appropriate for such a story-lite approach in the early game (in my opinion), I just kept finding myself wishing I was playing Dark Souls instead. lol Everyone seems to believe it is worth playing. Let me know if you think I should keep going! I hardly game, but I'd make time for it if I really felt I'd feel rewarded in the end. Also, this game has unusual difficulty spikes in my opinion, perhaps due to traveling to areas I'm not supposed to arrive? Not sure...

My reason for picking it up was all the critical acclaim it received, and a few trustworthy people telling me it was one of the best games they've ever played. I'm not won over to that extent yet but keeping an open mind.

Trying to crush my backlog, finally beat Jedi Fallen Order last night and I'm closing in on finishing Ghost of Tsushima. Gonna get back to Miles Morales I think after that and then get back to FFVIIR. Then back to my Demons Souls playthrough. Saving Cyberpunk for last, hopefully it'll be even better by the time I get around to it lmao
